Ai-Style™  | Return & Refund Policy


NO Refunds or Returns:

Ai-Style™, being a downloadable digital product, is not subject to refund or return upon purchase in instances where the output results fail to meet the user’s expectations.

The Artificial Intelligence system employed by Ai-Style™ processes each frame of the user-uploaded video in accordance with the selected style, and said process is beyond our control in relation to how it will interpret your original uploaded video. As such, we advise that users make use of sample orders and carefully review our demo library prior to placing orders for full-length videos to fully understand the output results. Visit our FAQ section “TIPS for the BEST RESULTS” section on advice on what to expect and how to make the most of our service.

Pursuant to the terms of our service, any request for a refund or return on an order that has been placed incorrectly shall not be honored, as we have incurred costs associated with utilizing computer resources and time to process said order. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the video uploaded corresponds to the duration selected and paid for. If the duration selected and paid for exceeds the length of the video uploaded, the customer shall be charged for the full duration and no refunds shall be issued. In the event of a genuine error, the company may, at its sole discretion, consider providing store credit as an alternative remedy.

Uploaded Video Policy:

We will process most videos that you upload, except those that we determine to be illegal or harmful. This includes:

  • Images and videos of child sexual abuse
  • Content that advocates for terrorist acts
  • Content that promotes, incites, or instructs in crime and/or violence
  • Footage of real life violence, cruelty, and criminal activity

Please note that fictional horror and simulated violence for movies, music videos, social media, etc. are generally acceptable, as long as they do not depict real acts of crime, violence, and/or cruelty.

We reserve the right to refuse any content that we believe could be illegal or harmful to others. In such cases, we will cancel your order and refund you in full. Ai-Style.net accepts no responsibility or liability for the misuse of any video content we create on your behalf. You accept all risks and responsibilities for losses, damages, costs, and other consequences that may result directly or indirectly from using any video content created by our site.

Copyright Policy:

We do not have the means to determine whether you are the legal owner of the uploaded video content, so we assume that you are the legal owner and will comply with all domestic and international copyright laws and obligations regarding the use of the video we have processed for you.

Ai-Style.net is a third-party video transformation service and accepts no responsibility or liability for any misuse or breach of copyright that may occur in relation to any video content we create on your behalf. We do not have any interest, connection, or copyrights in the content that we generate for you. By using our service and completing the shopping cart and checkout process, you accept all risks and responsibilities for losses, damages, costs, and other consequences that may result directly or indirectly from using any video created by our site.

RETURNS and/or REFUNDS: As all our products are printed on demand, we therefore do not accept any returns and/or issue any refunds for product(s) ordered that are deemed the incorrect size and/or style. Please ensure you follow our “Size Guide” shown on every product page (The “Size Guide” link is shown just above the “ADD TO CART” button). 

DEFECTS: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Please email us at DarkArts@TransHumanizer.com and include an explanation of the problem along with photo evidence. We will liaise with our printing service provider for a potential suitable replacement. 

LOST: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of our on demand printing facility are covered at their expense.

The return address is set by defaulted to our on demand print service facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our on demand print service facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our on demand print service facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

Our on demand print service does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
